What else does GGG need to do to be considered an ATG?

:yep You have got to be kidding! This guy wasn't even top 10 let alone considered an ATG. GGG has to fight someone who will test his will to win.... has to show he can overcome adversity, demonstrate the will to win when all seems lost. ATG's rise to the occasion of not being denied.

Once he shows those inner qualities, I will buy his ticket. Not until he shows he's the real deal can I support him being ready as an ATG.

Why the heck do you spout such thoughtless nonsense ? Can't you understand that GGG cannot force any worthwhile MW contender to fight him ? They avoid HIM like the plague..
Before you post nonsense give some thought to the truth...:patsch

Best chin? Doubt that. Besides he hasn't faced the vaunted power punchers to make that claim. He also only has maybe one opponent so far who would be considered a legit middleweight contender in other middleweight eras.

In the last 2 years, he's fought Stevens, Rubio, and Lemieux, who have over 100 knockouts between them. He's got Andy Lee targeted next. Say what you want about the rest of their game, but to say he hasn't fought punchers isn't accurate IMO.

Burt, I am 75 and following boxing, particularly the middleweights since the mid 1950's. I know you go back even further than that but your comments have always been very objective. You are one of the most astute commentors on this site.

He's already an ATG. If guys don't step up to fight him that is not his problem nor should it impact his legacy. Guys who are calling him to step up to 168, at this stage, are brain dead.

ok so...hes an atg because his legacy is not impacted by top people not fighting him....

but......whats the legacy exactly when top people are not fighting him?

this is circular reasoning dude, should be restricted to Planet K.
