What fighters have come back from devastating KO's?

    In addition to those already mentioned:

    Tommy Morrison came back from one of the most brutal and vicious knockouts I've ever seen, at the hands of Ray Mercer, to win a portion of the Heavyweight title, claiming a victory over George Foreman and later on stop Razor Ruddock.

    Floyd Patterson was crushed by Ingemar Johansson before winning the title back in the rematch.


    Joe Louis ended up face-down on the canvas rolling around in agony after being drilled by Max Schmeling in their first fight before commencing the longest heavyweight reign in boxing history.

    After that short right from Riddick Bowe that put him face down in third fight, I thought Holyfield was done (remember the breathing problems he had in that fight).

    But 'Evan Fields' came back to KO Tyson.

    fighters have come back from knockouts but most do not have prime careers after a one punch knockout. Norris did and probably others, but it is not common.

    Barrera...got Ko by Junior Jones and done alright for himself.

    I reckon Hasegawa will come back and have future success. Khan would be the most recent to spring to mind.

    I think George Foreman recovered ok after getting KO'd by Ali. Just took 20 years is all.
