I am a featherweight...should I get 12 OZ or 14, 16 oz? I saw some cool everlast BRONX training gloves but they are 12 oz are they suitable? thanks
12 oz for the bag should be good, I myself am a lightweight. Don't get everlast, I saw some triumph gloves http://store.titleboxing.com/triumph-united-lace-training-gloves.html that have great reviews, but not sure if they are for the bag or not

Everlast gloves don't hold up, and aren't very good. If you're getting stuff from sugarrays then I would reccomend adidas boxing gloves or title gel bag gloves
