Why do promoters insist on having boxing events out doors..? The stadiums are never full, and the weather is always a problem.

Boxing as a spectator sport does not work inside a football stadium.

When you mean rain, do you mean rain or the heavy monsoon type downpours we have been having recently? :| If it's the heavy stuff then I'd get a jacket ready and perhaps an umbrella, no... let me think. .. get a boat. :yep

I rekon the riot will be more of a problem than the rain, either way after the fight there will be utter chaos.

Yep enjoying watching the start of the death of British boxing as we know it.

Like a scruffy junkie, some people cannot see beyond their next hit.

This fight is the start of organised chaos which will threaten the future of boxing in this country.

I can see where you're coming from PK, but as a spectacle, something to look at, aesthetics, you can't beat an outdoor scrap for how it looks. Caesars Palace, there was some great fights there in the car park. Granted we don't get the weather, but...even so...

I don't agree with your first line at all, British boxing is too strong, has too much history to disappear up its own backend.

Your second line is one I'll steal to use in future discussions.

    The last line is horse****.
