I absolutely agree. Not to be so ostentatious but I think if Cus had kept Patterson as a LHW we would rank him top 3 of all time. A man of Patterson's size and strength performing so well at the heavyweight division as it was verging on its golden years is a testament to his greatness. He fought and was himself a contender for nearly a decade after losing the crown, he always showed up in peak shape. Patterson would've ruled the LHW division for at least a decade.
