Donaire wasn't pressing like you think. He was very tentative, following like a lost dog, barely throwing any punches mostly because he was getting his one dimensional ass countered. If your only plan is to throw a hail mary left hook for forty seven minutes, that's BOOOOOORING not to mention amateurish.

That fight stunk to his fans because of Donaire. They rightfully bood him at the end and whose to say they weren't booing him during the fight?

Some on here would be saying fighter A 'schooled' fighter B :roflatsch

 

They should probably introduce a rule whereby a fighter must make serious attempts to land, say, 5 punches a round. If he doesn't he gets penalised.

Me on the other hand can appriciate the poetry in motion of a fighter that throws 2 range finding jabs and then proceeds to circle the ring 20 times.

Its called footwork and ring generalship.
