    So lets put it into prespective.

    Wilder went life and death with a Polish Sausage before getting a lucky punch in the 9th round.. That same Polish Sausage just got KTFO by a 14 - 0 American Polish Sausage in 4 rounds...

    Now think Vitali...........

    At the moment it seems HW is gaining some interest again it would be a devastating signal for HW boxing if a 46 year's old former Champ win's a belt again. Vitali better stay retired.

    Whether Wilder knocks Vitali out in 30 seconds or beats him 12 rounds to 0, he'll get no credit for that fight. So whats the point?

    I would LMFAO if Vitali rolled out of bed, put Wilder to sleep, and retired again.

    People would be too scared to become WBC champ in case Gramps decided to spank them. :D

    I think he's too old, personally. Still, even ancient Vitali would be better than 3/4 of the bums Wilder has fought.

    Wilder is such an average fighter that anyone reasonable can give him problems. An ancient Vitali could definitely beat him with a full training camp.

    Vitali would not stop him these days. His power was long gone when he retired the very first time. I think Vitali would still obviously win by wide decision, good chance he wins every round against Wilder.

    Let's not forget Szpilka gave Wilder a one sided beat down before gassing, Washignton was also winning every round, and neither of these two were even top 20 heavyweights.

    Wilder would beat the living crap out of Vitali today. Prime 2003 era Vitali would win but even the garbage version who fought Charr would struggle. . Vitali's creaky and old body would endure an unmerciful battering .

    skill level yes but if you arent matchfit you are not going to get played. 46 year old Paul Gascoigne could still do wonders with the ball but are you going to play him for even 10 minutes on a busy football field at pro level. All a lesser opponent needs to do is wait for them to gas if they are smart, and then kill off the gassing oldie. Its been done so many times, its an archetype.

    No chance Vitali looks in great shape, and even a slow down aged Vitali would be far too skilled for somebody like Wilder. I doubt Vitali could beat some of the top heavyweights today like AJ, Povetkin, his brother, Fury etc, but Wilder would still be a very easy fight for him. Wilder is on Charr's level.

    Ray Leonard is in great shape today but that doesn't mean he'd beat Ted Cheeseman.

    Wasn't Foreman fighting at that age and not getting fatigued? There are people at that age and much older who run the marathon.
