What is Ring generalship exactly, lets define it FFS...............

Best example I can think of was Leonard Hagler, dont' want to debate who won or lost, but though Hagler arguably had the harder punches you could say Leonard showed more ring generalship as he led Hagler around a merry dance at times and made the best use of the space, made Hagler miss and seemed much more in control of where the fight was taking place...Hagler just stalked and not very effectively

If your opinion is that "Ring Generalship is bull****," your opinion is based on misinformation and you lack a very basic understanding of how boxing scoring works. It was actually explained very well by several posters in this thread, one of which cited one of the original rules as written regarding Ring Generalship. If that isn't enough for you, all that is left to say to you is that YDKSAB.
