Part of the reason he was avoided like the plague during Oscar's little adventures at jr. welter.

Must admit I enjoyed Lennox hammering Rahman.

I also enjoyed Lennox hammering Tyson, but in hindsight wished he had fought the late 80's version, because the result would have been just the same.

Well anything with morales was awesome. The first fight he was such an underdog and he proved he could hang with the beast pac was.
However the first em-mab fight was one of the best fights ever. So much machismo and hatred and neither backed down

Favorite fighter is Mike Tyson and favorite fight is vs Trevor Berbick.

Mike Tyson's very first title shot with some people saying he will win and some saying he will lose because they're rushing him too soon and he's inexperienced for someone like Berbick. Then Tyson arrives and completely crushes Berbick to pieces, the feeling Tyson left that night is unforgettable with people ALL over the world waiting impatiently for his next fight to see more.

Yeah when Lennox KO'd the rock i was on cloud 9. It was the perfect knockout. Technically superb, as graceful and elegant as a ko punch can be and yet paradoxically totally brutal.

hes not my fave fighter but floyds stoppage over hatton was my favourite of his performances ........ I think there was alot of people out there that thought .......although floyd would win he would do it on points and in a hit n run manner. Added to that there was probably even more people out there that thought Floyd couldnt stop hatton.

well anyway my point being..........the way he frustrated hatton for 7 rounds then went on the offensive taking apart hatton over the next 2 finally knocking him out in the 10th was just pure class

Salvador Sanchez (R.I.P.), when he beat the stuffing out of Wilfredo Gomez.

As someone who's half Mexican-half Black, and was raised by the Mexican side of my family, I took offense to Gomez saying that he's "send Sanchez's w*tb*c* ass back to Mexico in a coffin" (of course, he beat many great Mexican fighters and was known as the Mexican killer). Sanchez held up his fists and replied "I talk with these". He sure did, beating the stuffing out of Gomez.

I think my 3 favorite fights from 3 of my favorite fighters would have to be -

Hagler vs Mugabi - been a while since I've seen it, but I recall a great action fight.

Lewis vs Rahman 2 - awesome performance for Lennox after a bad KO loss. One of the Best KO's in recent memory.

Oscar vs Mayorga - I've always like Oscar and I've never liked Mayorga's trash talking. Was very satisfying seeing DLH knock him out.
