Now? I would hate to think. I once did 2 miles in just under 12 minutes. Now I might do under 18 minutes. If I started training I might get it in under 15 minutes.

I did 2 miles last week in 13:10. My legs were still sore from a previous workout and I only went a little faster than the speed I need for no (or little) fatigue in my legs or lungs. I'm betting I could get 11:15-11:45 now :-D. Its even weirder since I've been smoking again and haven't done much the last few months.

Hah! Beat you ****er. I run it in 11:20 now.

About 17 minutes. I'm quite out of shape, only been training four months.

timed it this morning, 1st mile:5 mins, 2nd:6mins , 3rd:6 and a half mins. so 17 an a half mins for 3 mile aint bad seeing as i'm 34 and weigh in at 15 an a half stone. i threw up after tho, and the dog's times were a little quicker than mine haha

I did 14:24 recently for 2 miles. Not in top running shape at the moment though been mainly focusing on strength and power recently.
