Good match making is more important to me than any particular style.

But it lacks action IMO, i'll prefer the toe to toe any day over a mayweather fight. That's why in the DLH fight I give Oscar credit for going after him in order to create some excitement to live up the hype. Floyd would of been content with keeping a boring fight as long as he won.

Imagine if PBF fought his clone. compare the excitement there to lets say, Cotto fighting Cotto, or Margo fighting his clone.

But it's all good, all a matter of opinion. Floyd ability to avoid punches and slip out of danger is uncanny and impressive. Just not the style I favor.

Thats the difference between me and most fans. You guys dont appreciate ring general ship, defense, and mental skills. You guys dont appreciate all boxing assets and skills, you guys only appreciate the action in boxing. I still say most of you guys should go watch MMA. If PBF fought Winky, that would be a very interesting/exciting fight.

defesive minded fighters have longer careers than brawlers and toe to toe fighters.

"The key is to hit and not get hit. The least you get hit, the longer you last. I took the least amount of pain & punishment, but I made the most money. I wanna retire from boxing, I'm not gonna let boxing retire me."

I do appreciate ring generalship, but I appreciate heart and will with skill more! I just love the fighters that show courage, might take a good hit but will keep fighting, not giving up. That's why I agreed with Tito getting the decision against DLH. Oscar was out boxinging him but then ran at the end. A true Champ won't do that ****, it looks cowardish.

What happened when Tito caught Sweet Pea in the corner and gave him no place to run? Sweet Pea straight sat down, he didn't get even get hit he knew there was no place to run and he didn't have the heart to bang and fight his way out he just punked out.

It's a never ending battle and debate. We need both styles to make the great classic fights to be remembered for the ages.

I agree with your words. But theres a difference between running and defending yourself. Mayweather doesnt run, he just refuses to be hit. I respect a guy who goes out there and risks his health by brawling, but I also respect a guy who isnt gonna risk his health by getting hit when unecessary. I respect both. But most boxing fans are all about knock outs and brawls. Boxing as an art isnt appreciated
