..Wlad was pitiful. The sultan was pitiful. the referee was pitiful. the announcing was pitiful. giving recognition to the ibo and wbo was pitiful. anyone who says something positive about wlad after seeing him this often is pitiful.
Sultan should have been ruled down but he wasn't hurt. Wlad's power isn't overrated...the need for him to use it last night just wasn't there. Wlad has excellent tools but I still question his intangibles. Luckily for him, there aren't many HW's out there that can match him physically. In scenarios where he outsizes the guy, he can play the game he played last night. Kind of like a grown man palming a childs head and hold him away as he wears himself out. I do have to say, though, that I'd be 100% confident in Wlad against a guy that can force him to fight.
