Not much but if he did he will probably use it to wipe the losses from the wembley bill. Be interesting to see matchroom boxing accounts and not just matchroom accounts.
This, poor ticket sales, last miunte replacements, he had to pay the replacements that were on stand by such as dean byrne who didnt even fight plus groves and barker were on the bill. Thats alot of cheese for 2000tickets.
Since Matchroom started to make a push in Boxing again there profits have gone up based on reports. This may be for other reasons though. Hearn has said boxing is self sufficent which I think would indicate there making a small, manigable loss. They had over 7000 there on Saturday. Lots of sponsership, Sky TV and allot of international broardcasts. If they don't make a profit from that then what can they make it from.
Wonder how much Sky would have paid Eddie for the Wembley card, that might have softened the blow a bit.
Matchroom might be running at a loss lads but Eddie is still pulling a nice salary for himself. The Hearn's don't strike me as daft.
