Hi, can somebody answer to these questions please. What kind of training program need to have to become great boxer? How many workouts in week? How many roadworks? Sprints and long runs? How many body conditioning sessions? How many sets and reps? How often to do heavy bag, equipments and sparring? And what to do if can't find sparring partners? How many rest days in week? Is it good to do shadow boxing everyday? Are box squats and squat jumps better than weightlifting in boxing? How much stretching boxers need to do?

If someone can give example of boxer's weekly routine, I would be thankful. Thanks.
