What made Chavez Sr so special?

    It’s not out of line to have it close. I had it 7-3-1 for Taylor. Chavez won round 2 IMO, that was the round he cut Taylor’s mouth and landed some nice right hand leads and left hooks. Rounds 9 and 11 to Chavez and round 10 even. Round 10 was a great two-way action round and could have gone to JCC. If someone had given Chavez 2 of the first 8, and then 9 thru 11, then it would be 6-5 Taylor going into the 12th, and I wouldn’t be really have a problem with that scorecard. Chavez was landing hard shots throughout, he was being outworked as Taylor had a crazy workrate.
