He should get his old title back Universum made him vacate to give it to the Criminal who of course pulled out 2 days before facing Cleverly. If not the WBO, he should face Shumenov who said he'd gladly fight Erdei. Zsolt never lost his belt in the ring in fact picked up one at cruiserweight on 5 weeks notice, I think he deserves a title fight.
I'd like to see that fight very much. Pascal would hand Erdei his first official loss. (we all know he lost to Garay)
Cleverly - Shumenov is likely next WBO/WBA Hopkins - Dawson is likely next WBC/IBO Cloud - Mack is happening IBF Pascal is the only big name out there at the moment available unless he wants to fight Diaconou
Since Hopkins is facing Dawson and Pascal might face Cloud that takes away some of the big options for Erdei. He could keep doing what he's doing while waiting to land a shot at one of those winners but he's 37 and doesn't have the time to be doing that. That, ideally, leaves Shumenov as the ideal opponent. Neither guy has anything lined up and it would be a very interesting match up. Not sure if it gets major network coverage but I think HBO and Showtime would be willing to buy this if not it would fit perfectly on Epix.
Is Evans Ashira still fighting? I think he should keep fighting Calzaghe's leftovers for 3-5 years, before stepping it up.
