Diaz is on a nice run, but who is next? Unless the UFC cuts someone soon, Diaz just defeated the best fighter that StrikeForce can put in front of him. So should Diaz rematch Daley? It makes sense. The fight was back and forth, and StrikeForce doesn't have a better welterweight. Tyron Woodley is young and undefeated, but isn't experienced enough. StrikeForce should let Woodley face Scott Smith. The winner of that fight should face Evangelista Santos. In the meantime, Diaz could face Miller at a catchweight, and StrikeForce could feature one of the aforementioned fights on the undercard. Diaz could defend his title next, win or lose against Miller. Daley and Noons could fight for the next shot at Diaz. The loser should face the winner of Woodley/Smith vs Santos. The winner of that fight should get the Daley/Noons vs Diaz winner. What do you think?
I won't lie to you, that is a great idea. Both guys were BJJ and developed great stand up, I think however that BJ takes it!!
Why? It has been stated that the UFC and StrikeForce would not be sharing fighters. Who does StrikeForce have to challenge Diaz that is better than Daley?
It isn't currently an option if all relevant parties are telling the truth to the press. Unfortunately, it appears as though there is no roster sharing currently.
I think the text vote during the last card says alot about Zuffa's intentions. If it makes $ and gives the fans what they want then I can see no reason not too
