    He lacked a jab. Almost every left he threw was a hook.

    When he stood his ground, he swiveled at the waist and threw punches from many different angles. They were powerful punches. It's almost as if he wasn't stepping into those punches.

    From what I saw, his footwork wasn't bad. Not the fleetest, but no bad.

    It's gotta be his crouch


    He doesn't big and weave, he seems to clumsily roll but barely takes any shots. I mean there was an uppercut from Charles and hooks from Walcott and Moore, that aside what did he ever ship? And we're talking three of the best counter punchers in history!

    it was his unbelievable, almost inhuman determination and relentless will to win. That was what carried him through the battlefield the ring every time.

    To continue as if nothing had happened when hurt? The unusual angle he brought the overhand right hand down over Archie's cross arm defence? The way he got stronger and faster as the fight went on?
