Wanna make sure i understand it right - you are saying that you think he wants a unification bout yes? If yes - I really don't think so, he has fought utter bums in his title bouts and defenses. He has lost when he has stepped up and is calling Nader Hamdan world class. I see no point for him stepping up again, and losing out again.
Ahh, sorry to get it twisted. Allen Green. :good He would be fighting for a shot at Butes belt in a winnable fight.
I'd be very happy to see Bute v. Mundine, even in Australia. The sooner the better too, before Mundine's speed decreases.
Talk about Mundine and Green involves Danny Green at 175. More winnable than Bute at 168, I think. Anyway...why hasn't Mundine called Bute out after Bute won the belt? He called Green out!
I'd be VERY impressed if Froch v. Inkin winner fights Kessler within 2 fights, even within 3 fights...Kessler is quite a bit better than everyone else at 168...the WBC belt holder will not throw themselves to the wolves that early, unless they're really confident. Cannot see Inkin doing it. If Froch does it within 2 fights, I will wear an avatar of his for 1 month. If he fights Kessler within 3 fights, of his own choosing, (no mandatory), I will wear an avatar of his for 2 weeks!:deal
But would get destroyed by Kessler, Inakin, Froch, Miranda and even Allen Green. Bute tries to fight like Calzaghe by throwing fast combinations (pseudo slaps), but has no rela power at this level. He struggled to beat Bike.
But Inkin vs Froch is only a WBC #1 eliminitor, right? Meaning IF Calzaghe vacates his title, they will have to face the NEXT available contendor... Kessler being #3, and JT being #4... Or are Inkin and Froch now fighting for the vacant WBC title? I missed that.
Well Kessler will be the winners mandatroy, and because Kessler is a much more attractive propostion for the belt. I wouldnt be surprised if the enforced it or tried to pretty quickly.
