In what way has Haney had a better career than GGG?

    https://bloodyelbow.com/2023/05/21/devin-haney-lomachenko-results-analysis/

Because Haney "won" against Loma in what, at best, is considered controversial? Any true fighter wouldve taken an immediate rematch to prove theyre better. That's what Floyd did twice, Manny did 3-4x, Canelo/GGG did, Ward did, Inoue did, and what any respectable fighter does.

Haney robbed Linares and got very beneficial judging against Loma. GGG set the record for MW defenses and achieved an ATG at the weight. What more can one ask?

Definitely one of the best MWs ever, not sure where I'd rank him though, and he was blessed with freakish power and punch resistance for his size, not massive weight bully I'm much bigger than you power. Just freakish brute force natural power

    No doubt

Haney was undisputed ggh wasnt. Haney at 26 beat loma and prograis they are better than anyone ggg beat at that age. Gggs best win for years was Murray a vacant belt fighter man stop!

GGG beat Clenelo. The ''greatest fighter of our generation'' when he was already past his prime and Clenelo was smack bang in the midst of his PED prime.

The ONLY reason he didn't get the decision in those first two fights is because they rob the foreigner 90% of the time over in North America, especially in these legacy defining fights and if you're from a former Soviet state.

How many freaking times does it have to happen? When fighters get robbed in the UK I call it out I don't score it in favour of the Brit everytime they get a gift like these clowns across the pond do and then beat my chest about how great Brits are (even though we are obviously the best)

Haney is the biggest weight bully in the sport and he has literally never beaten a single world champion his size and even Rougarou was noticeable smaller than him FFS

Every other champ Haney has fought was bare minimum two divisions lighter with much shorter or way shorter reach than him

Gamboa was 39 y/o and shot to hell

Linares was almost 36, completely washed, hadn't fought in 15 months

Jojo is a career 126 featherfist who like Gamboa had only stopped 2 of his last 12. He's 1-3 at 135 and could easily be 0-4

Kambosos is a one-hit wonder who'd won his last three fights via SD and MD and cannot deal with boxers his own size, let alone ones way bigger. Hence why Maxi Hughes whooped his as in everyone bar the judge's eyes and why he could only eke past well past prime inactive Mickey Bey (Haney's assistant trainer) who had fought once in 3,5 years and a past prime career 126 Lee Selby on SDs:facepalm:

Loma was an old 35, 20lbs lighter, giving away almost six inches ion reach and Haney still lost in his own backyard with a 36 hour weigh in in the vast vast majority of fan's eyes across the entire globe.

Only 16k of 117k fans who voted in FightHub's poll had Haney winning the fight in what is by far the largest fight poll ever, like at least 10 x the size of any other I've seen. And then Haney ducked the rematch like a female dog even though the deck couldn't have been stacked anymore in his favour and Loma is an old blown up 126

Name 2 world champions Haney's size he's ever fought? I'll wait

    I'm still waiting

    Still waiting

Yoo-hoo.. guess who is still here waiting, guys?

    Yeah you already know

    This is freaking obscene

LOL no Floyd's workrate is not higher than Golovkin's.

Look up Floyd's punchstats. He is usually at just above 400 punches in a 12 rounder.

Golovkin, when he goes 12 rounds, throws more than 600. He was over 700 for Derevyanchenko and over 800 for Canelo 2. Golovkin is by far the busier fighter. His engine is phenomenal.

    He was overhyped by many.

    It happens to every fighter.

We had threads saying that he’d have breezed by Toney and Roy Jones etc like they were nothing.

Then we had the Kovalev threads.

This is what we had to endure:

“Let’s be honest, Jones was a good fighter, but he’d never have seen the 3rd round against Kovalev”

    Then it was Loma.

I’m sure that you saw some of them.

    Wasn’t worthy?

    Don’t be silly.

    He fought Andre Berto.

Haney was lucky to get the win against Loma though, and we know that Canelo lost that first fight to GGG.

He wasn't worthy of pbf going back up to 154 to fight him. He wasn't a big enough name. Pbf had just fought pac in the fight of the era he could've retired in the ring after that fight, he didn't owe anyone anything after that. Berto completed his showtime contract.

It would have been a big fight.

He was never taking a risk like that.

Why would a guy at 38 and faded move up to fight a guy who wasn't a big name after beating pac in the fight of the era??? You talk about taking a risk ggg never took one, hell he was scared to move up to 168 to face light punching ward when he said anyone from 168-154 can get it. Ward wanted it and ggg ran off and hid. Pbf took way more risks than ggg ever did.
