what would be better for Bute, next after the fight with Grachev ?

He should look for a fight with Abraham

 

This thing could happen but I don't think is a good idea . Froch's style and attitude of fighting troubles Bute very bad. Going at LHW and taking Dawson would be a better move ,imo !


Anyway , mostly it depends on how Bute will do against Grachev !

 

To move up and move down, can and i'm 100% sure it will be a issue for him. **** the catchweight bull****, the rematch should be at 168 for the IBF title, anything else would be a joke. If i were Bute i would stay at 175, because there are fights and another brutal stoppage to Carl Froch could very well completley ruin his career, he's like 32-33 years old already, so it's not like he have much time left. I see him beating Cloud, maybe Cleverly and someother LWH's but i don't see him beat Pascal, because Pascal and Froch has warrior mentality and both can take a punch very well and let's not forget that Pascal is like 10x faster than Froch is and even Froch was able to catch Bute.

 

Part of me says Bute should try for the rematch as a matter of pride. But part of me also thinks its just a better idea if both men move on. From Froch's end he's about 35 years old, its getting late in the day for him and he obviously desperately wants that rematch with Kessler. From Bute's end, it would probably be best from his perspective to recover and revitalize his career....maybe even move up to 175 permanently.

 

He should get past Grachev without too much drama unless he has been totally ruined by Froch.

I reckon his pride makes him take the Froch rematch but think its a bad idea there was nothing from Bute in the 1st fight that makes me think he fares much better 2nd time around.

175 against the likes of Dawson or even Pascal (which would surely make a **** load in Canada) are IMO much more winnable fights.

 

yep , he would have better chances to put a good performance against Dawson at LHW than with Froch in rematch at 168 ! :yep

 

Froch rematch could end his career. I think he needs at least one more serious fight then go for Froch. Sadly knowing Bute and his handlers, they will only match him up against bums or go for Froch early.
