What's More Impressive Multiple Defences or Having Multi-divisonal Championships?

    Depends on who you don't fight too. Had Tyson skipped Buster for "bigger and better things" or Roy just skipped Tarver for whatever other fight, we may have never found out they're human too. One can build a legacy facing A-listers but not a single one with a horrible style, it is however a lot harder to do in a single division you unify than doing it in multiple where you pick up whatever title you like, credit is automatically given for the climb.

    True. Facing all-comers is probably the attitude that will gain a fighter the most respect.

    There's no easy answer here - each career has to be judged on its own merits.
