No clue, but I'm sure they'd be willing to work something out. Would make sense for Hatton to promote, or rather co-promote a bill in Russia anyways. Rabchenko is Belarusian after all, and if Hatton is looking to rebuild him I would think that throwing him on a Russian card would be a good place to start.
