I'm a 4th year nutrition student. I'm familair with a lot of the research, and younghypnotiq is completely, totally and utterly wrong.
95% of "weight trainers" know **** all about weight training and nutrition. younghypnotiq, it looks like you should start reading before you start insulting people on topics you have no clue about.
I can't be bothered to go into detail as to why your statements are bogus and untrue, but the main problem with this "reasoning" is that you're looking at foods from purely a caloric point of view. Consider metabolic stability, micronutrient absorption (if you have too many water soluble vitamins in one meal your body will flush them out), macronutrient absorption (your body can only absorb a certain amount of protein in one sitting) and most importantly, hormone control. Learn a thing or two about insulin, glycagon, and eicosanoids, the things in our bloodstream that determine our eating desires. And as mentioned, personal trainers are ****ing idiots when it comes to nutrition :good I've heard some advice almost as bad as yours.
ahh so as soon as 3 hours is up my body will start eating my muscle? ur an idiot. and virus i read alot on this ****. its a myth. plain and simple. if it work for you then great. i use it as wel.
