whats the difference between marquez and mayweather?

    The major differences are PBF is an ATG, uber talented, and rarely gets hit clean.

    i wounldnt have to watch film of him ******* because i watched all his fights live when the happened thank you very much.unlike the *****s who only started watching him after delahoya and floyd does only throw enough punchs to win the round thats clear.maybe back in his early fights he actually fought guys but havent seen him really beat somebodys ass since gatti and corrales.so if floyd lands 10 clean punchs and throws 20 in a round and the other fighter throws 60 and lands 15 not so clean punchs who wins the round?

    Lets put it like this, If Pac fought like JMM and vise versa Pac wouldve still won because barring a knockout or brutal beating the verdict was already in. As for Mayweather, hes just the ****. :lol::lol:

    The difference is Mayweather can dominate his opponents without having his face looking like **** aferwards.. Unlike Marquez :!:

    marquez trades punches with pacquiao while counter-punching his aggression. Pacquiao doesn't like counter combos thrown @ him. That made marquez nullify his attacks mostly.

    Mayweather on the other hand, is a defensive-first fighter. He only throws counters when he sees clear opening . He doesn't trade punches rather aims to hit opponents while not getting hit himself. I haven't seen pacquiao getting nullified with with bunch of punches, yet he hasn't faced anybody who fights like floyd. So it remains a suspect for me.

    Marquez has shown to be a stylistically a kryptonite for pacquiao. That's the only thing that was proven last saturday night. Mayweather remains a suspect until both him and manny meet in the ring then we can make a fair assestment afterwards if he can really do what most of you say in this forum. Until then, it's still remains a suspect. Floyd and JMM counter-punchers in different ways. Mosley and Barrera are known to be good counter-punchers as well. What happened when they fought pacquaio?
