Does anyone have any news on the progress of his ongoing dispute with the WBC and when it might be resolved? He isn't getting any younger. Maybe it would be best to KO Maskaev and get it over with.

If he fights Oleg, you'll never hear the end of it on this board.

True... Vitali needs the rounds anyway. He looked a little rusty last time out. Just go knock the guy out already and then move on. wtf?

    But thats not Vitali... :fire

i agree Vitali should just walk through this dude and get it over with. But he doesn't have that old school mentality. Arbitration? I'm a big fan but taht **** is gay.

Vitali could just knock Oleg out, then a week later knock Haye out. Those are two easy fights. Haye would be the easier fight.

However, Vitali was ready to fight Haye, but WBC forced him to fight Gomez, mandatory, OK, so Vitali should be allowed to fight Haye this time, then knock Oleg out later.

Vitali wastes too much time whe he can fight and isnt injured. Its been 3-4 months already since his last fight, He should be in training for a fight in the next 1-2 months.

But no, this is why Vitali will never move up the ATG list. Inactivity and weak resume. The big O fight should already have been scheduled, its a mismatch, easy money for Vitali and a respectable defense.

The only good reason I can see for not getting this sorted in the ring is that Vitali wants to avoid the risk of injury.
