Just an observation but it seems Manchester is a hotbed for big cards these days. Perhaps I'm wrong, but that's just an outsiders point of view.

I've given Brook the benefit of the doubt up until now. He's had some **** opponents but mostly mandatories and also some bad luck.

He can potentially rule the division but he's high risk/low reward so he either needs to travel or Hearn needs to cough up a big lump sum for the fight. No more excuses.

    Not quite true 3:25 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=54224qwAxP8&t=3m20s.

Khan has quite shamelessly ducked Brook. Saying that you can't blame him too much for taking the Canelo fight instead as the Brook fight will still be there after, but not the other way around.

Not surprised he is on less money as he was offered a huge amount to fight brook.

Brook is big in Sheffied, but no were else so he doesn't generate big money like some of the other British fighters do. Hearn seems reluctant to shell out big money to get a star name over here. As others have said, he is probably best taking a leaf out of Khan's book and going to America to routinely get the big fights.

The truth about Kell Brook is, he is a fraud.

And stop saying he schooled porter. It a MD and Kell hugged porter all the way to a MD. Schooling is Fluid Vs. Marquez. Kell Vs. Porter is not schooling.

I think Brook is just big b!t¢h, I've been hearing about Brook for the longest and he still has only stepped up once.

He's officially taken Khan place as biggest duck out til proven otherwise.

He's got a following and can sell tickets and make money at home.
Someone from the states correct me on this if I'm wrong but I believe a US citizen earning money in a foreign country has to pay income tax on it a second time in the US. In that case they might earn a larger purse but end up with less in their pocket.
If that's right it explains fighters in the US wanting big purses to travel (without taking into account judges etc), big purses that foreign promoters would consider exorbitant.
So the opposition in the US don't want to travel because of money, Brook will earn more at home because that's where he sells tickets so there's no financial incentive to travel either.

There's more to making big fights than who is ducking whom.

That surely sucks if that is true. :blood

Kell is not exciting to watch like Ricky Hatton was (based in northern England), or is an Olympic medalist like Amir Khan (based in northern england) or is involved in big name fights.

You cannot argue with the "Big name" that was Ricky Hatton, or is Amir Khan.

The result is that he doesn't generate enough interest but this is partly his own doing.
