    "Full" world champions? Not sure what that means, but they were all world title holders at one time or another at lightweight & heavyweight. :D

    Vinny Paz is one if it's just alphabets, and works both ways so RJJ as well.

    Or did they have to have held the title at the time? :huh

    Correct - Pazienza & Jones are two :good
    And no, don't have to be world champions at the time...

    Paz & Jones are the easy two to get, the third I'm thinking of is a genuine case but will often be overlooked because of subsequent incidents.

    The fourth is REALLY bizarre! (But genuine and not a trick question)
