Well to be fair he said "I'll never let a white boy beat me" and I don't think he "let" him at all with all the cheating and whining he did.

i got a bit of a laugh, but thought it was pretty strange

 

Hopkins started it all by trying to intimidate Calzaghe with his talk of Prison and the now infamous "white boy" line so Joe made Bhop his *****.

Whats the relevance of a fight being stopped too early to what was being discussed ?

 

If thats aimed at me then its relevant because i'm stating that Joe couldn't even make Manfredo his ***** so how do you have him making Hopkins his ***** in a fight many thought Hopkins won ?

Well firstly , "he couldnt make Manfredo his *****" ... right so Joe was all over him like a cheap suit when the ref decieded to jump in way too early , How has that got anything to do with what Joe was doing or going to do ?

.. and in the Hopkins fight joe pretended to beast Hops in the ass after Hopkins telling the world how he is old school tough and raised on the tiers etc. Joe did that to him and Hopkins took it, in that moment Joe made him his ***** ( to use Bernards own prison vernacular ) thus something in the balance between thme was changed.

How was Hopkins to know what was going on behind his back ? And no the ref stopped the fight at the right time in my opinion. The fight was going nowhere, another joke matchup for Calzaghe and i'd put money on it that any other Super middleweight fighting Manfredo would have knocked him out in half the punches Joe landed. And how could he not knock Lacy out.

 

I laughed like a drain. I bet Hopkins was having flashbacks of shower time in the joint.

I'd have prefered it if Calzaghe had just knocked him out, as he could of at any point in the 2nd half of the fight.

Instead he carried Hopkins as he did Jones, to make Hopkins look semi-competetive. Calzaghe outlanded him nearly 2-1 and it was a complete mismatch in reality.

 

It was funny but it was to humiliate Hopkins for all the trash talk he did.It worked.

 

Hopkins deserved everything he got with all the butting and fake low blows.
The ***** wrecked the fight and fully deserved to get ****ed up the arse.
Made him look the ***** that he is.
Gives it all the ghetto **** them fights like a *****.
The dry rideing insident was the highlight of a **** fight ruined by that cheating ******* Hopkins.
That wanker cost me a PPV fee and made me stay up untill 4 in the morning to watch him **** the whole fight up. TWAT
