When Floyd finally realizes Pac will be ranked higher as an ATG, will he...

...drop all the drug testing lies and excuses, drop all the vacation bull****, and drop the stupid $100m demand, and get desperate to make the fight?

Slowly but surely, even someone with an ego the size of Floyd's and with the large amount of brown-nosers blowing smoke up his ass, must realize that Pacquiao's in-ring achievements and resume thoroughly outstrips his own, beyond any reasonable doubt? And that history is going to place Pacquiao above him??

When that day of realization eventually comes, will that be enough to make Floyd really want this fight he has avoided for so long now? :think

he will just go and whine at the media as usual and say that america is not supporting an undefeated boxer like him. floyd would not be forced to fight someone who he doesn't really intend to fight. it would just be the case when pac got the fighter of the decade award.

Yeah, good point. Never thought of that. You think Pac becoming the FOTD would've stirred a bit of pride in Floyd, but apparently the zero must be protected above all, even fighting pride.

What has Pacquiao done to be ratted higher than Mayweather as an All Time Great?
Is he a more skilled/talented boxer? No. Has he fought and beat better oppoents? No.
Sure he has won more championships 6 to Mayweather's 5. His catchweight championships don't count. Even if they did in the grand sceme of things Mayweather is still the better ATG.

That's probably exactly what Arum and team want, Mayweather to drop his drug testing demand.. .Why the hell would he drop a drug testing demand if he thinks the other guy is dirty? His vacation only happened after Team Pac dropped out of negotiations to fight Clottey. When exactly did Floyd jr. say he demands 100 million?

No. He probably already realizes this yet may never fight again. He'll be bitter of Pacquiao's success as he is now and will proudly watch Lady Gaga and Bieber:yuck over Pacquao's remaining fight(s). Mayweather is the better overall fighter but he's not proving that so Pacquiao has surpassed him. Also, if he wants no Manila Ice then that's his fault.

Or maybe the more Pac becomes greater, Mayweather beating him makes his achievements even better, without having to do as much. Just a thought. I don't care for Floyd's tactics, but I do believe in his mind he has a logic to what he's doing. If he didn't intend on fighting again, he wouldn't be bothering with any of this ****. I believe his plan is to come cold out of a long layoff and beat Pac, if he does, he injects more greatness into himself and again becomes the man in boxing.
Who knows, that's just the way I feel about it, there's a method to his madness, and it is madness, but so far he has pulled it off every single time.
