I think he went easy as well and was content with a decision. No sense in knocking out a 50 year old man.

Need to see that again I was an Oscar fan and thought he was unlucky with both Floyd and Mosely, may be biased though.

When Mauricio Herrera went to Puerto Rico and beat Danny Garcia, Herrera was supposed to get knocked out like Rod Salka.

You are so wrong. Even Emmanuel Stewart, who was loving on Floyd that entire fight, had to admit after 7-8 rounds, that if Floyd didn't pick it up, he was GOING TO LOSE, because he was behind on the cards. And Floyd own's corner had to tell him "don't worry, we will get him later". Oscar won the first half of the fight, simply by outworking floyd and jabbing him. It wasnt until oscar starting gassing and Floyd was starting to successfully throw a counter right over Oscar's slowing Jab, that Oscar stopped jabbed and Floyd starting winning the fight. Floyd had to bank on oscar slowing down to beat him. I know floyd fans are the most delusional bunch, but lets not forget Floyd's own dad said Oscar won right after the fight. Now, while I don't believe Oscar won, I'm not delusional, it was close until the 9th or 10th round and Floyd took a couple round lead, but Oscar did come back to win the 12th round. Floyd FINALLY stood and traded with Oscar with 5 seconds left, knowing Oscar was immensely weakened and dog tired, but Oscar still got the better of the exchange and won the round. Considering Oscar peaked around 2000 and this fight was in 2007, at the peak of Floyd's career, that was a win for Oscar. Imagine what a prime version would have done to Floyd!?
And why do floyd fans always try to compare Floyd's "life achievements" to Oscars? Everyone knows Floyd got Bronze to Oscar's gold at the Olympics. Everyone knows, Oscar made Floyd who he is simply by bringing him to the big stage. And intelligent Fans realize, Floyd only became PPV king, because everyone else retired and washed up, fighters like Jones, Trinidad, Evander, Lewis, Barrera, Morales, and of course oscar, etc. When all those guys were fighting on PPVs, where was Floyd? Oh, on boxing after dark and world championship boxing. Nobody cared about him because there were too many great and exciting fighters to watch. And the funniest part, this was when floyd actually took on tough fights and fought hard (vs corrales, Castillo, the only two legit/elite/prime fighters he ever faced!!!) Add to this Floyd himself says his biggest career win was Hernandez! an Oscar left over, who Oscar humiliated when Genaro was prime and undefeated, a fight Oscar doesn't even talk about much less consider his best win! Floyds resume is so shallow with great competition, that a planning retirement, Genaro Hernandez who quit vs De La hoya in 5-6 rounds, is Floyd's best win! LOLOL
Floyd may have his razor thin win over a washed up Oscar, and may have become PPV king because Oscar and everyone else retired, while also taking advantage of social media outlets that the other PPV kings like Tyson and Oscar didn't have, but barely anyone was watching oscar hoping to see someone knock him out. His PPV reign wasn't based on fans disliking him and hoping the opponent knocks is head off and the better the chance of that, the more people tuned in. And Oscar didn't have to sell out and resort to gimmicks like bringing Justin Bieber to the ring with him - that right there tells u everything u need to know about Floyd's desperation to become Oscar, trying to tap into the teenager/young female market that Oscar didn't try nor mean to attract to his fights, so much so , they would throw panties at him at weigh-ins like he was on new kids on the block. Make no mistake, Floyd has always envied Oscar, people loved him win or lose and he laid the path for Floyd.

You didn't have write all that. That's a waste of energy because it doesn't change the facts. Floyd beat him in the ring and he's beating him in business and Oscar had a head start.

Yes, Floyd was the solid betting favorite, as usual. Oscar had fought once in the previous 2.5 years..

Facts are facts, Floyd beat him the ring and he is beating him in business. I could care less, I'm just calling it like it is. You can downplay it for your own benefit but the facts can't be denied.
