    I think so too.

I might be in the minority, but I actually favor Chavez to win.

I think Chavez is capable of being a smooth boxer on the outside, plus he is great at pressuring and delivering body shots.

Also, Chavez will have a significant size advantage.

I think they are both good fighters, potentially great fighters, but Chavez has enough size and enough talent to win.

Chavez vs Ward is the fight I want to see.

Then GGG will keep punching. He can go all 12. But even if Jr. is on his feet at the end, he'll definitely be taking a trip to the hospital.

To me it seems like Jr.'s talent is more smoke:rasta and mirrors than actual substance. Golovkin is the type of fighter who will ruin the illusion. Jr. probably will still have a size advantage but I also think Jr. is going to overestimate his own chin because he is used to fighting smaller fighters with less potent punching ability. Golovkin will hit him like he has never been hit before. Even if GGG doesn't KO Jr. he will outbox him. Although I do believe Golovkin will KO Jr. just as much as I believed Paquiao would KO Hatton.

GGG will make Jr. just another Good Boy.
Jr. will end up on the ropes just trying to survive.
Fun for as long as it lasts.

GGG is going to have to convince me that he's better then Jr, because up until this date I haven't seen him fight anybody that shows me that he's the better man.

Nobody has been able to kd, hurt or stun Chavez so far, if GGG also fails to do this that'd mean ganja kid is definetly the 2nd coming of Oliver McCall and nobody will be able to KO him ever

that been said, GGG still wins a UD, he's technically superior and has the power to make Chavez respect him, Jr. won't be just walking him down and laughing at his punches like he did with Vera

No 3rd gear? You may want to visit compubox, my friend. GGG typically throws and lands more punches in each round than he did in the previous round, showing he changes gear and steps on the gas more each round as the fight goes on. For example: the Stevens fight http://compuboxonline.com/throwdownfantasy-com-stats-golovkin-ko-8-stevens/

It's the same vs Rosado, Adama, etc. I think he's got a 3rd gear, maybe a 4th. The question is: will Jr let him use it, and if he lets GGG keep pressing on the gas, can Jr keep up?

Chavez is very easy to hit. Chavez only throws one punch at a time, Golovkin throws combinations. Chavez will weigh approx. 200lbs, but the skills are in Golovkin's favor.............

Chavez was running against Vera in the 12th. Imagine what GGG will do to him.

Also Chavez's power is overrated, I'd go as far as saying Stevens hits harder. Chavez couldn't put away Vera or that other scrub he beat by MD (I can't be bothered to go to boxrec).

Anyways I don't see any advantages for Chavez, he has an iron chin like his father but he isn't nearly as skilled/determined. I have to give Chavez credit if he fights GGG but I don't see it ending well for him.

Jr needs to get KTFO to emphasise how his ability actually compares to his results.

Very poor judgement on Jrs. part. GGG is going to really hurt his kid.

    Typical, disrespectful Gennady-fanboy.

How do you see Ward/Golovkin going?
