I don't think I respect your opinion enough to take that post seriously.

Ever thought maybe it might be so **** is because all you do is **** and moan about how good "it used to be" rather than talking about boxing, if you don't wanna post on here then don't, doubt anyone would really notice or miss you, seen a few of your posts and your just a clueless **** yourself anyway.

Don't let the door hit your arse on the way out. :hi:

I don't really mind Bunce, speaks sense most of the time, just shouts alot.

I wouldn't really go out my way to get angry everytime i see him on the telly though.

Back in 2004 we had plenty of top class posters, plus guys working in boxing, trainers, fighters and guys working on promotions. David Haye posted here and gave ESB a shout out after a fight...it was a quality forum with some very very knowledgeable posters. Some of the guys would also send you old fight tapes for free if you asked etc.

It has been decent in the past couple of years and has got back to having trainers and fighters post too, but recently there have been some proper juvenile posts, trolls and generally asinine comments that make it look like a less extreme version of the General Forum.

Nobody should kiss arse to famous posters but at the same time when certain posters just buzz off telling a pro that he's "**** and going nowhere" or slagging off a trainer incessantly...it's pathetic and devalues the forum.

Stricter mod action for trolls and racist crap etc would be a good idea.

Maybe respect's the wrong word - try credibility. Same as when you make friends - people let you in when they know they a) like you, b) see the world in a similar way to you, and c) you don't act like a child when someone disagrees with you.

Has anyone been over to the 'new' forum yet?

It's clique city over their..... Some of the guys are really good, & they're are trying hard to make everyone feel welcome. Most threads seem to always end up getting 'insider' so you don't have a clue what's going on..

I feel it has declined a lot but that could well be because I am a boxing expert compared to how I was when I joined around the time of the Froch/Abraham fight. Still have a lot to learn and enjoy hearing the opinions of intelligent posters which I repackage as my own ideas to my mates.
Agree with this to an extent sometimes when it goes off course it becomes more interesting. There is only so many times we can discuss the devaluation of the commonwealth belt and up and coming prospects who fights 4times a year. Boxing doesn't happen often enough to keep people interested.
Agree with this to an extent it did used to be A LOT more cliquey than it is now which at times was definitely detrimental to the forum.
