I think Mcveys right, hard to rate a fighter while he's active. But here goes, I find it tough to put him in the top 10 because of the divisions overall strength and depth though I do believe there are some in the top 10 he probably could beat.

If he got ko'd in his next fight all the BS about him would look pretty silly.
Let's wait until he is retired before trying to assess his standing.

He isn't top 10 fighters like Robinson, Napoles, Leonard, Hearns, Trinidad, Armstrong, Gavilan, Whitaker, Walker, Mayweather, ODLH, Griffith, rank above him quite clearly.

I like Crawford alot but I'm still not overly impressed by his resume.

Jack Britton won more lineal WW world title fights than Crawford has won fights contested at WW.

I like Crawford too, exceptional fighter.

apparently he's "not interested" in a Canelo fight, he is ducking Canelo

At this point I would wait until he retires. Might be difficult to place him in any single division

I don’t even know how makable that fight is anymore. Canelo hasn’t fought at 154 in years and I don’t think Crawford has ever even gone that high. I just don’t see a practical weight that they could agree on that’s reasonable for both and especially given their respective ages

If he fought Spence and thurman when the division was hot, higher. .As of now probably the 15 - 20 WW spot

I just think that if Canelo dropped down and blew Crawford away it would be really good for Canelo's legacy, not on the level of Duran dropping down and beating SRL obviously

Charlo is fighting Canelo, and Crawford wants Charlo as his last fight, personally I think Crawford should fight whoever the winner is

While it's not quite official (AFAIK), Spence is requesting the rematch with Crawford at 154 lbs. I think he will then finish out his career w/ Charlo at 154 lbs. If Crawford wants big money at 147 lbs - he's stuck fighting Ennis or (maybe) Benn. I don't think he wants those fights.

I doubt Canelo would be willing to drop below 160. My gut tells me Canelo will finish out his career fighting Jake Paul with the latter being given a 30 lbs weight advantage for the fight.

Charlo and Canelo are fighting at 168 lbs. I don't think Crawford can do anything beyond 154 lbs.
