Anyway floyd has faced some great opponents, some obviously better than others but if you break down his record you could break it down into 3 hof careers. 24 world champions and 17 years at the top.

Regardless of you're mentally blocked opinion. History will show that both fighters fought and beat 7 HOF fighters, both fought and beat 20-25 former current or future legitimate Champions, and both were the only 2 boxers in history to win the lineal title in 4 different weight-classes. Where Mayweather separates himself from Pac is he also held The Lineal Title in more than 1 weight-classe at the sAmerican time. And the head to head victory for Mayweather. There's really nothing left for you to argue after that (drops microphone)

You're talking rubbish again, Sergio was never in his weight class. P will was too wreck less, and got outboxed by a smaller slower and less technical fighter by quite some stretch

Oscar de la Hoya lost to every great fighter he fought, he missed all those jabs and the majority of what did hot floyd landed on arms and shoulders.

You might want to look at the criteria that fights are scored on, missing shots isn't one of them.

Pac still ranks higher. No mattet what you folks say; folks now and forever will love Pacquiao more and will rank him higher. Deal with it.

Basically floyd has dominated 1/5 of the modern boxing era.

Just sit back and think about that for a minute.

In your uneducated opinion he does, thankfully boxing writers, trainers and fighters who actually matter disagree with you.

When will people understand popularity does not play a role in where you rank all time. Titles, record and opposition do. An on paper he is unmatched. 100 years from now no one will remember how hated he was, but you will see that he is 12 time Champion in 5 weight-classes. 5 time Lineal Champion in 4 weight-classes. Lineal Champion in the Welterweight and Super Welterweight at the same time, beat 7 HOFers. Retired undefeated at 49-0. That's legendary stuff.

Williams also had a higher output per round than ANY opponent Floyd has ever fought.

Sergio said he'd fight him at 154.

Missed all those jabs? Floyd was clueless for 6 rounds.

And not a single ATG in their prime at their optimal weight in this career that has spanned THREE different decades!

    Martinez and Williams aren't ATGs.

You're right it's not even close Mayweather will be top 5-10 all time to Pacquiao's 20-25. You do know that Mayweather has been FOY 6 times including this year and that was mainly due to his victory over Pacquiao, don't you. Pacquiao's all time status is and will be tremendous I take nothing away from him unlike you I keep my feelings aside, and can look at their body of work. No matter how you slice it Mayweather is better, on paper and as he proved on May 2nd, in the ring as well. For someone who says the have been around the sport in and out of the ring for over 30 years, you say some of the dumbest things. Did you suffer 1 too many concussions or something?

49-0 is bogus as everyone know Mayweathers TRUE record today should read 44 - 4 -1 Maidana & Castillo beat him, he should have lost by DQ against Ortiz for that cowardly ambush Cortez NEVER told them to box on & against Judah when Roger entered the ring illegally. That was Cortez yet again
Oscar deserved at least a draw against him too. Like Ive said many times it pays to have the commission backing you

Go to the boxingrec.com and type in Floyd Mayweather. It documents a fighter's record it says 48-0 not 44 and whatever crazy **** you just said.

And if you saw Maidana wins and an Oscar draw, what was it you told me. You should probably go watch something else, ballet or something easy for you to understand, like checkers.
