    if you put mayorga inthe HOF, then might as well put vargas....to me they are borderline hall of famers..it's a matter of timing. they induct 4-5 modern boxers a year

    it was on boxrec but I never heard anything else about it.

    it stinks he doesn't even have a fight scheduled yet.

    people that think Mayorga is bad for boxing are plain wrong.

    boxing needs all kinds of characters even an unskilled bruiser

    Mayorga needed the Bute / Andrade ref in the Mosley fight and Andrade needed the Mayorga ref. If that would have happened then Andrade would have won by KO and Mayorga would have lost a decision.

    They really ought to give us Forrest vs Mayorga 3 next that fight would definitely sell
