My friend from college actually went to high school with him. I attended a few of his fights. He ran for office and lost. I've heard him on a few local radio advertisements. I think he opened up a restaurant with his family. Sorry, but that's all the local knowledge I have.
He got serious brain injuries in his fight against jirov. He did come back but I think he is now retired for good. It would be very risky for him to continue fighting.
