I really wish him the best. I was cringing watching the replay of the knockdown.

Reading my post again, a little correction on a mistake I made...his posture should be correctable with a better trainer. Not too difficult to make an adjustment there. The defense could be more difficult because his reflexes aren't all that.

He should go left and walk into Salidos punches like he did all night.
was like watching a mental patient get shocked over and over again in the 1950's.
    Painful.

I think he should go to 130. He can't learn to throw the straight left now, and he's not a thinking mans fighter. At 130 he may feel better. He seems to be a converted southpaw. Those type of fighters don't last long in this sport.

Yeah, I hear what you'er saying and I agree with your assesment. However I would like to add that his timing played a major role in his defeat. Salido was timing him perfectly and he couldn't adjust. He tried to be agressive but while it helped, it didn't solve the problem because Salido had his body rhythm and flow timed out.:bbb

Juanma last night should have beaten anybody else at 126( except Garcia), but he must overcome the mental trauma( more than the physical damage) to go back to a winning track.
But first thing to do is appologize for the unfortunate comments after the fight. And take it like a man.Cant wait to watch the fight as soon as i get home.

Salido is one weird *******. guy had one time almost as much losses than wins yet he managed to climb from the ashes to the top man.

Alot of these mexicans has some weird losses early at their careers. Maybe because they turn pro so young and often doesnt have much of a amateur experience and early stages of their pro careers goes in learning the ABC of the boxing.

He is a good fighter and he should go and learn some defense and not go to war with guys if he doesn't have to.
