I'd argue that Khan had the most success of all the brits but was brutally KO'd, others like Hatton and Smith went the distance but were largely ineffective. It goes without saying that Fielding was the worse. They all lost but who put in the best performance? Matthew could be higher considering he lasted the distance but he lost nearly every round.

    1. Callum Smith
    2. Amir Khan
    3. Liam Smith
    4. Matthew Hatton
    5. Ryan Rhodes
    6. BJ Saunders
    7. Rocky Fielding

Saunders & Khan were the two that caused him the most problems. They may have got taken out but they were both winning rounds. Liam Smith did decent for a while but the rest were just there to survive or get the pay cheque.

I can’t really remember the Ryan Rhodes fight though tbf

    1 saunders 2 L smith

Saunders fight was just getting interesting, like Saunders had warmed up and had started to figure him out. Saunders was in the fight for sure. Would have been really interesting to see how the fight unfolded but for that injury.

I'd argue that Khan, considering he had moved up to middle for the fight was the best performance and the fact he was KTFO should be put in context with the weight difference. It was a brave fearless performance, if he could have stayed switched on for 12 he may have won the fight.

always khan fans making discussions like this desperately trying to boost him lol

they never seem to factor in he had the most conclusive brutal ending out of all of them.

winning a few poxy early rounds means nothing when you get brutally Ktfo before even the halfway stage. Alvarez starting timing him in the 4th and 5th then Boom! game over.

Moving up from welterweight to middle he was always at risk of a brutal KO.

I thought Saunders was still just about in the fight till he got walloped. Khan had success but we all knew Canelo was carrying him and waiting for the moment to detonate.

Khan was taking him to school, Beefy also had a valiant effort.

    The rest got whooped

BJs. It was a competitive fight with BJS winning several rounds in close fight in my view untill he had his cheek bone broken.

Billy was competitive until the uppercut effectively broke his face and Liam Smith certainly came to fight and not just try and survive.

    So either of those two.

Definitely Billy Joe who was doing really well until his eye socket went. Most disappointing Calum Smith really thought he would test Canelo but he offered very little

Exactly this. I wasn't expecting Callum to win, but thought he'd be able to keep Canelo at range for the first half of the fight and bag some rounds, but his performance was very underwhelming

    Saunders.

Callum Smith’s was the most disappointing.

Speaking of Saunders I found him, he must have one of those self driving cars.

Liam smith, felt he was the bravest and put it on canelo, all to no avail like. Just felt like there was an air of inevability with saunders from the off, was with all of them like but less so with liam smith.
Callum smith probably most disappointing as expected him to cause some problems for a while even in defeat which he didn't
