Its a strange situation. He could have achieved so much more but with how late he started and the diverticulitis he probably maxed out his potential. Ah if only Inoki had managed to sign him for New Japan
Melvin is putting together the puzzle with Greg Jackson, he's still a young guy. The J-Lo loss was more of him falling into his own hype and taking Joe lightly.
That's a repeating pattern. The guy's been in the UFC for six years and has had fifteen fights in the organization. He has all the athletic gifts you could hope for, he's very experienced, he seems to work hard and always turn up in shape, he's had access to top camp and trainers for more than half a decade, but he's a mental midget. He's got the body of a champ and the mind of a chump. :conf :hat
Im gonna make a very bold statement ref Guillard , i do beleive he will be a UFC LW champion Back to the original point , for all the great things he done , and as a massive massive fan of the man , i felt BJ Penn should of done a lot more , so i have to go with Penn :|
Without his steroids Filho was a nobody. Dude was soo overrated. And those Mike Tyson tattoo's looked ridiculous. That dude hasn't got any more than a few stoppage wins.
Mirko Crocop--one of my favorite but aside from the grand prix tournament that he won in pride, he has never held a pride fc or ufc title belt. Of course part of it was fedor being so dominant in pride and big nog but with all the talent he had, i thought he could have at least won a heavyweight title.
