    No, the fight was supposed to happen after the Hatton fight but Floyd retired ducking not just the rematch but other risky fights as usual

    This says he retired for 1 year and 1 day specifically in the time frame that would hinder an Oscar rematch.

    No matter how you cut it, your time lines don't add up.
