I’d say Benavdiez, not factoring Charlo inactivity Benavidez is slow with no defense his only real skill is being big as hell and throwing a lot of punches. Stylistically Charlo at least has decent hand/foot speed and movement even tho I think David and Mall get washed, Bivol is a slight mismatch bigger just as fast a skilled boxer more durable
Jermall will be super motivated to accept this fight. This is the fight he's been dreaming about all his life. This will do well financially, I'm guessing it will be a PBC / Showtime PPV. It will be a Big event.
Leonard is on a whole different level of Charlo though. Him beating Hagler after a long layoff is what makes him one of the greatest.
Canelo won't take Jermall lightly though like Hagler did SRL. Canelo won't play around with Jermall in the early rounds like Hagler did Leonard.
Benavidez is. Canelo loves people that walk to him. Big Twin will not walk to him, he circles. And we already know what Bivol does.
Why's Clenelo swerving Benavidez? Mexican Independence Day. It's the most logical and lucrative fight possible.
Which is why I think Charlo would be an easier fight for Canelo to face out of the guys listed. Hagler made the poor decision in fighting orthodox and trying to box with Leonard instead of just going all out and make it a war like what he did with Hearns. Canelo won't make that same mistake, I agree.
