I think his chances are really slim with both of them but he'll have a harder time with Vitaly. Vitaly has a bigger size advantage, Haye will get tagged alot trying to get in close. Vitaly has a better chin, Haye has a slight chance of hurting wlad but his punches wont faze vitaly. vitaly throws more punches than wlad. wlad fights cautiously and would allow Haye to dance around the ring. vitaly doesnt have the one punch power of wlad but his consistent combos will break haye down faster than it would take wlad. There's also a slight chance that vitaly/haye might turn out like Hoya/Pac but vitaly showed against peter that he's not done yet. should be a good fight no matter who wins. and If Haye does win then we're boud to see Wlad/Haye next.
