Pudding Chisora must have racked up millions of mugths pay per pudding money over the years. A British level fighter at his peak who is simply a glorified journeyman since Fury 2 yet the PPV Mugths keep forking out. The two Battle of the Pudding Title fights against Whyte were very good British level fights but certainly neither fighter pay per pudding material. Eh Day really taking the urine these days pulling these pay per pudding fights from the bowels of Matchroom HQ
No way am I buying any of those, no f'ing way. Why would anybody pay for that crap? If I was given free tickets to Usyk Vs Chisora (if fans were allowed in) I wouldn't go, I'd give those tickets away. That's how poor that card is. It's horrific, Dave Allen? Lee Selby? Really? PPV? GTFO. As for Whyte Vs Povetkin, wait until you see that pile of crap shoved on that, it will be a card full of showcases and keep busy fights. Hearn will save the "names" for AJ Vs Pulev and they won't be fighting anybody that good either. Sky and Matchroom have exposed themselves anyway for the crap they are spilling about women's boxing, the "woman's card"... errr yeah, they have been pushing this women's boxing HARD for a long time. Apparently the women's fights have "saved" the past shows, apparently everybody wants to watch the women's fights... Adam Smith soils himself anytime Kaaayteeee is on and we have had Courtenay shoved down our throats for 18 months. Well, 3 women's world title fights, Katie Taylor who is apparently a SUPERSTAR and more women's fights will be added.., WELL WHY ISNT THIS PPV THEN? If we are all gagging for the women's boxing now and it's so great and amazing then surely this is PPV worthy? 3 world title fights, more to be added, better than anything g with Dave Allen on it..? Of course not, no way would they make this PPV because Sky and Matchroom know nobody will buy it, again. Completely contradictory to what they spout on Sky Sports and what Eddie spouts regularly about how we all love and want women's boxing shoved down our throats.
In fairness I’m not one to usually moan about PPVs but this card is a complete shocker. The women’s fights against two fighters who have had 7 fights between them and zero stoppages. Why not get Bakole vs Kuzmin or Hrgovic vs Fury on this card. I get they have lost a gate. But surely they could have been creative with the card. Johnson vs Mikhalin or if Billy Joe is having a tickover why not get his mandatory out the way vs Parker. I usually by all the PPVs in fairness and was the planning to buy all three of the Matchroom ones. But not sure about this one. I get the women’s fight is cheap to put on. But it can’t cost much more to stick hedges and Arden in a rematch for example
