Fury's punches are heavy, he basically KO'd Wilder in round 3. My view he could have finished that fighte on the weekend much earlier, but he wanted to dish the punishment out. AJ has more explosive power though for sure, but that doesn't matter because AJ then takes abour 3 rounds to recover.
He's not on the same level as Wilder in terms of power, but he's definitely more powerful than Fury is. Joshua would finish Wilder off a lot more quickly than Fury did. I'm not even sure Fury would stop Wlad to be honest, and if he would it would be because he's exhaust Wlad by leaning on him and back him into a corner and force the ref to stop it. It wouldn't be about power, it would be about landing too often and Wlad not responding.

Nonsense. You're basically taking Fury's skillset and applying them to Joshua in a matchup against Wilder. Yes, I agree that if Fury had a Joshua right hand or general offense, he would have had Wilder out of there earlier. But Joshua does not have Fury's attributes to put himself in that position against Wilder. Joshua would obviously be knocked out before he got that chance. When Joshua gets hit, he stays hit. One right hand from Wilder and the bout is as good as finished.
I agree, that's why I said before that Joshua is only blasting out Wilder if AJ can avoid Wilder's right hand, which is going to be difficult. All I'm saying is if he manages to get on the inside and hurt Wilder, he'll potentially finish Wilder off quicker than Fury did. Once Wilder is hurt, Joshua wouldn't take several rounds to finish the job. But the problem for Joshua would be evading Wilder. Joshua is more likely to get KO'd vs Wilder, but he's more likely to get he job finished quicker if he hurts Wilder.
Look how tired Wilder is as he punched, plus he got up have you seen the effect Shavers punches had on fighters, Haye hurt Valuev who was a lot bigger than Fury and way heavier than Wilder, Leewis got knocked out with one punch by Rahman and weighed about the same as Wilder, look at Wilder`s skinny legs.
Doesn't matter, that punch Wilder took then was huge. Ultimatley the fight should have been stopped much earlier, Wilder was concussed from round 3 onwards.
I agree, AJ wouldn't have taken longer to KO Wilder because AJ wouldn't have got out of the 4th. Doesn't go past 4 with AJ either flat on his back or spitting out his gumshield again.
