in a book i am reading (the great white hopes) apparently he went to prison for it

In an old article I read, since misplaced the interviewer asked Sandy
McPherson this question ,"who would win between Fitzimmons and
Sam Langford" ?.McPherson who was in a ring with both answered Fitzsimmons, because of his tremendous body punching...An opinion from
a man who should know, for what it's worth !
