    And what has Pac done that trumps Mosley beating Margarito? Beating De La Hoya? Clottey then? Cotto sure as hell wasn't a welterweight fight.

    Using that logic shouldn't Cotto b ranked higher that Mosely since he did actually beat him?
    And its nt jus sum1s personal oppinion?

    I put Cotto ahead of May simply cos of his resume!

    did i say i have pac as the number 1 welter? and even if i did, pac now has more of a case than floyd because he had beaten the #2 guy in cotto and the #4 guy in clottey.

    Margarito comes in at #4 once he gets licensed. Berto at #6, Collazo at #7, Jackiewicz at #8. I still think Mayweather beats all of them head to head though.

    Pac is moving back down to 140
    Cotto no longer fights at Welter if he was still at welter i would place him fifth.
    however, i Favor Margarito over Cotto.

    I am kind of embarrassed that I included Gomez but I feel that the European Welters have faced inferior opposition.
