What, you thought I was going to actually engage you in some back and forth 'homo' talk?

Sounds like ALOT of deeper seated issues going on there with you, my friend.

You are a clown lol... Post something original instead of always dissing a Floyd fan or backing a Pac fan. And get rid of the skinny, ugly chick in your avy with her long nose lol...

If Castillo had been awarded a split decision win in the first fight the only controversy would have been that it wasn't unanimous. If Castillo had been awarded a unanimous decision there was have been no controversy at all. Mayweather would have the loss he earned, he would have kicked Castillo's ass in the 2nd fight, and it's very possible he'd have chased boxing glory by taking on real challenges rather than protecting the zero at all costs.

Right now there's controversy trying to put Mayweather in the top 50 ATG. I would imagine the vast majority who feel he's barely top 50 at best could easily see him in top 15-25 if he'd gotten that loss and chased glory even if he picked another loss or two along the way. Mayweather would also probably have a hell of a lot more money from such a string of super fights that he might have rivaled DLH's numbers. Unfortunately for him and the rest of the world he's still got that fake zero.

Do a bit of research into how judges get paid and you'll see why boxing ends up with so many dodgy decisions.

Castillo came the closest. You could argue that Castillo beat Floyd, but contrary to popular opinion, as Jim Lampley stated in the rematch

The HBO crews utter suck off of Castillo at the end of the fight pretty much gives the allusion that somehow Castillo clearly won the fight when he didnt.

You could legitimately give Floyd the first 5 rounds, and given that Floyd clearly won the 11th, it wouldnt be to hard to find the round to give Mayweather, I think I gave him the the round Castillo was deducted a point.

As for the bout itself, Floyd was not given a knockdown he should have been given, and Castillo basically doing every dirty trick in the book to slow Floyd down. Holding, hitting on the break, hitting on the waist below the belt ect. Not to mention Floyd was only 24 years old, fighting at 135 for the first time, giving up 10lbs and injured.

Floyd however showed who was boss in the rematch, and only Floyd haters cant accept it because their favorite fighters are always losing and Floyds undefeated.

    Get over it ladies.

The fact that Floyd struggled with a lightweight as rudimentary and slow as Castillo makes me wonder about Floyds true all-time ranking. I think Floyd would have struggled with guys like Arguello, Duran, Pea Whittaker, Ike Williams, Homicide Hank etc. Castillo never really won a massive fight in massive style. His drawn out affairs with the under-powered {though smart} Stevie Johnston show him up for the sort of fighter he was. A guy like Floyd should have had no end of fun with him.

I'm of the opinion that Castillo beat him in the first fight.

    That's my answer.

Castillo came the closest to beating Mayweather....it was close. Oscar put forth a pretty good effort but slowed down after about eight rounds....Mayweather definitely won that one.
