    I agree. PBF-Cotto is a 60-40 PBF for me.

:good i think that also because cotto doesnt put that much pressure on his opponents as hatton....cotto would try and be more technical and end up getting what DLH got....it would be competitive for 5-6 rds but then PBF takes it to another level

Floyd should at least fight one top welterweight before retiring its belts

Cotto is bigger and stronger than Hatton his hands are faster, He works his way in, has a jab and goes to the body, he can box at the elite level did it in the Mosely Fight did it in the Judah fight. He is a lot better fighter than people realize, and is much faster than he looks, thats the key his combo of speed and power. I think he has a very good chance.

Cotto can't beat PBF....Paul Williams is PBF's biggest threat at 147....a long jab and constant pressure would make PBF pull out his absolute best to win....

the only thing that's obvious is your a moron. foyd fought a great fight last night. he stood and fought and got the ko. but lets not forget he just beat a juniorwelter weight who was fighting for the WW title. floyd is two inches taller, 2Lbs heavier with a 6inch reaxh advantage. I'm not a hatton fan, and I'm not making excuses. my point is none of that would be the case with cotto. hatton admitted after the fight he felt the difference in weight classes. cottois stronger at 147 he's fast, stronger, smarter, and a better boxer. anyone who watched this fight and took away from it that cotto had no chance against mayweather is an idiot. would floyd be favored, yea, but so was everyone else who was upset. that's why they fight. cotto would have eaten hatton alive just as bd if not worse than mayweather did. now every try fight fan wants to see them fight

I think the fight will happen and that Cotto has the same kinda guts Hatton had to try to step over this masterful counter-maneuver and whipping counter-puncher. Cotto is strong and has good boxing skills but he can't drive Mayweather into deep waters just cause he has the desire... It's proved and confirmed to full extent that you really gat to have an excellent game plan and technical expertise to scientifically hit tis guy... I am one who just feels Cotto can't do it but there are some who can and I stop right there for my own sake.

Cotto can win a fight with Mayweather. Cotto has had a good run of practice fighting sneaky, flashy fighters. Malignaggi, Quintana, Judah, and Mosley. Cotto was matching and sometimes surpassing Mosley in hand speed, beating Mosley at his own game in the center of the ring. I can see him doing the same to Mayweather.

The cotto fight is the only fight left for flloyd in boxing in my opinion. But if he beats cotto itl be well fight Vernan Forrest and if he beats forrst itl be fight so an so it will always go on. You need to hang them up at some point and i think right now would be a brilliant time to do so.

Who cares? lol. This is possibly the biggest matchup that could be made in boxing today but who cares aye? There's still a lot of challenges that awaits Mayweather.

I care. It should be Cotto and Floyds next fights. The number 1 and number 2 welterweights.

I pretty much agree, but none of Cotto opponents have Floyd defense. It would be interesting to see how Cotto deals with Floyd's D. I can see this fight happening, and we might just get to see it in May or June, to much money to be made. Mayweather by UD, possible late TKO :yep
