Pac's size? The guy is an established welterweight. Has been for quite some time now. Hell he's even fought above the welterweight limit.

This isn't even close. Pac is the only one with a resume that shows he ducks no one.

    Pac.

Cannot put floyd in right now , not due to talent , but fighting once every 15 months isnt enough to justify top spot.

It used to be Floyd, but since he's inactive and Pac fights regulary I rate Pacman as number 1.

    My personal reason:

Fought in six divisions and undefeated since 2005 after a lost to Morales.

Captured a Featherweight, SuperFeatherweight, Light weight, Light Welterweight, Welter Weight and Light Middle Weight titles.

It has to be Pac for me for what he has accomplished and his activity levels compared to Mayweather.

    Perfectly reasonable criteria.

Personally I look much more recent as in the last year or so, last 3 fights. That's why I have martinez as number 1.

Admittedly my way sees me rate fighters more sporadically, which is why I still respect this method and if mosley did beat pac i'd ofcourse say "he beat the p4p number 1"

Me personally rates martinez off recent accomplishments. Pac is neck and neck with donaire.

I don't put too much stock in my own list because it's not as mainstream as others. It's just how I see things.

Well same here . . . my list is my personal choice and I have my own criteria and I don't antagonize or dispute other's list because that's their personal list. :D
